We don't expect you to be a gardening expert...
All profits from the Urban Garden are reinvested back into the training, helping to improve the mental health and wellbeing of local adults.

Matt Smail, the Director of Grow Yourself talks about the training and support offered at the Urban Garden...
The Urban Garden is run by the community interest company The Urban Garden (Bath) CIC, formerly named Grow Yourself CIC. From 2015-2020 Grow Yourself was involved in helping young people develop skills in gardening and landscaping work.
Our profits fund a programme of horticultural therapy and training behind the scenes; improving the mental health and wellbeing of adults of all ages.
We believe in the gentle spread of nature through gardening. We only buy natural and sustainable products, we don’t sell peat-based compost, and we minimise the plastic leaving our Garden Centre.
